I have just stumbled upon your blog, but am quite thrilled to find you. I have two acres on Eddingsville Beach Road, at Edisto Island, and walk this beach quite often. Last week I found a large blue and white porcelain remnant from the 1893 hurricane. I have two friends on the beach who have shown me large collections they have gathered in the area. Please visit my blog at charleston through an artist's eye, here on Wordpress. http://charlottehutson.com. I am really interested in documenting and knowing how to recognize these important archaeological finds. Best, Charlotte
